In brief
Our dogs live with us as part of our everyday family life: work, training and the shared routines of daily life are all part of our lives together.
We aim specifically for German Shepherds with strong drives, resilience and genuine working ability—dogs that, with a knowledgeable and committed owner, can fit into family life in a stable and predictable way. We breed only rarely and always with a clear breeding objective.

What matters to us
Working ability
We value strong drives, motivation, persistence, resilience and the ability to work together with the handler. To us, working ability is about more than trial results or performance on a perfectly maintained sport field.
Health
Our breeding decisions place particular emphasis on health testing aimed at reducing known hereditary risks, as well as long-term physical soundness and functionality.
Functional structure
We aim for breed-typical, harmonious and powerful structure. We prefer larger-framed, strongly boned, athletic dogs with stable toplines, moderate angulation, sound movement and long-term physical durability.
We aim to breed dogs that are serious when it comes to work, yet stable and predictable members of the family in everyday life.

A high-drive sable female with strong instincts who switches into full gear the moment work begins. Intense, resilient and exceptionally persistent in her work, she is also a manageable family dog in everyday life and our daughter’s inseparable companion.

Chester Army Patrol Team
A large, strongly built young male whose drives are developing steadily, with territorial instincts apparent from an early age and remarkably good coordination for his size. Cheerful and well-balanced by nature, he is currently receiving foundation training for dual-purpose search and patrol work.

We place our puppies with owners who work with their dog actively, on a daily basis, and who consciously shape and let their abilities and instincts unfold. This may be in a civil, family setting, with an owner who finds and commits the necessary time and values living with a dog bred to work, but it may equally be within service, patrol, or search-dog work.
Just as we share our everyday lives with our dogs alongside active training and long walks, we expect the same from their future owners. They cannot fulfil their potential either spending their days bored in a kennel or living as ornaments in the home.

About us
Both of us grew up dog-obsessed, and when it came to dogs, the German Shepherd was always the benchmark for us. What remained a dream for many years has now become reality: we share our lives with dogs that combine genuine working ability, sound nerves and the capacity to live as part of a family.
This is the approach we want to share with others. Health comes first in our breeding, and on that foundation we aim for German Shepherds with stable temperaments, strong drives and genuine working ability.
